We use a project management approach to help identify projects where we can provide meaningful support for locally defined priorities. We will:

• Partner with CSOs to learn about  objectives, current capacities and challenges and identify potential projects
• Identify existing challenges where the organization could use some support and define projects to address these issues
• Identify suitable volunteer(s) to work on the identified projects
• Form virtual teams made up of volunteers and organization members to work on a specific project
• Evaluate projects successes and challenges towards ensuring continuous learning
• Develop a solutions inventory highlighting how project teams have helped to strengthen monitoring, advocacy, reporting, accountability and prevention
